California Gold Development Corporation is proud to announce the completion of a Tractor Supply Company store in Rancho Murieta, California. This single-level structure spans 22,249 square feet with a large 17,866 square foot outdoor display yard, a 3,024 square foot greenhouse garden center and a convenient pet wash station inside.
The construction of this location commenced in August 2022 and culminated in the grand opening several months later. In addition to this location in Rancho Murieta, California Gold takes pride in its long standing track record of developing and constructing multiple Tractor Supply Company stores, including those in: Ceres, Visalia, Rocklin, Moreno Valley, Fresno, Porterville, Bakersfield, Lake Elsinore, Hemet, Sonora, Angels Camp, Merced, Jackson, Fortuna, Dinuba, Murrieta, Carson City – NV, Minden – NV, and Socorro – NM.
