 Merced Gateway Park Development

Merced City Council has unanimously approved our newest and largest development project. California Gold Development and the Pluim family are moving forward to develop 77-acres located in Merced, CA. This project will include a shopping center with over 600,000 square feet of retail space as well as 178 units of multi-family housing. The full project is estimated to be complete within 7 to 10 years with the expectation of breaking ground sometime in early 2019.
