new Tractor Supply Company store in Porterville, CA.
The single-level building is 18,000+ square feet with a 15,000 square
foot outdoor display yard.
California Gold served as general contractor and
managed all aspects of development, construction and property management.
The architect on this project was Joe Smith of API, Modesto,

Construction began in August and
was completed in January 2017. In addition to
the new store in Porterville, CA, California Gold has also developed and built
