Completion of Tractor Supply in Dinuba, CA

Tractor Supply Company – Dinuba, CA

California Gold Development Corporation, a Northern California real estate development and construction firm, completed a new Tractor Supply Company store in Dinuba, CA.  The single-level building is 18,846 square feet with a 15,020 square foot outdoor display yard.  

California Gold served as general contractor and managed all aspects of development, construction and property management.  The architect on this project was Joe Smith of API, Modesto, CA.  (http://www.apiarc.com).  

Construction began in late March and was completed in June – totaling less than four months.   In addition to the new store in Dinuba, CA California Gold also developed and built Tractor Supply Company stores in Sonora, CA, Jackson, CA, Fortuna, CA, Carson City, NV, and Minden, NV.  

“This is our sixth project with Tractor Supply Company,” says Mark Patterson, VP of Construction at California Gold.  “They have now opened the store for business.  It has been a very smooth process working once again with Tractor Supply Company.”
