Tractor Supply Company – Minden, NV

California Gold Development Corporation, a Northern California real estate development and construction firm, completed a new Tractor Supply Company store in Minden, NV.  The single-level building is 19,181 square feet with a 15,011 square foot outdoor display yard.  

California Gold served as general contractor and managed all aspects of development, construction and property management.  The architect on this project was Joe Smith of API, Modesto, CA.  (http://www.apiarc.com).  

Construction began in September and was completed in late December – totaling less than four months.   In addition to the new store in Minden, NV California Gold also developed and built Tractor Supply Company stores in Sonora, CA, Jackson, CA, Fortuna, CA and Carson City, NV.  

“This is our fifth project with Tractor Supply Company,” says Mark Patterson, VP of Construction at California Gold.  “They have now opened the store for business.  It has been a very smooth process working once again with Tractor Supply Company.”
