Tractor Supply Company – Carson City, NV

California Gold Development Corporation, a Northern California real estate development and construction firm, completed a new Tractor Supply Company store in Carson City, NV.  The single-level building is 20,312 square feet with a 15,020 square foot outdoor display yard.  

California Gold served as general contractor and managed all aspects of development, construction and property management.  The architect on this project was Joe Smith of API, Modesto, CA.  (http://www.apiarc.com).  

Construction began in late March and was completed in early September – totaling less than 6 months.   In addition to the new store in Carson City, NV California Gold also developed and built Tractor Supply Company stores in Sonora, CA and Jackson, CA.
