California Gold Development Corporation, a Northern California real estate development and construction firm, completed a new Tractor Supply Company store in Jackson, CA.  The single-level building is 20,312 square feet with a 15,020 square foot outdoor display yard.  

California Gold served as general contractor and managed all aspects of development, construction and property management.  The architect on this project was Joe Smith of API, Modesto, CA.  (http://www.apiarc.com).  

Construction began in early January and was completed in July – totaling less than 7 months.   In addition to the new store in Jackson, California Gold also developed and built a Tractor Supply Company in Sonora, CA.  

“This is our second project with Tractor Supply Company, and we’re so pleased to have partnered with them again,” says Mark Patterson, VP of Construction at California Gold.  “They have now opened the store for business.  It has been a very smooth process working once again with Tractor Supply Company.”
