Northern California developer set to complete project by Mid-July 2012

Sonora, CA - California Gold Development Corporation, a Northern California real estate development and construction firm, broke ground in January on a new Tractor Supply Company store in Jackson, CA. As the developer, general contractor, and property manager, California Gold is overseeing all aspects of the project.

“This is our second project with Tractor Supply Company, and we’re so pleased to be partnering with them again,” says Mark Patterson, VP of Construction at California Gold.  The project is moving along on-schedule and on-budget, and it’s been a very smooth process working once again with Tractor Supply Company.”

Construction began in early January on the project and is expected to be completed in July. The completed building will be 19,023 square feet, with a 15,000 square foot outdoor display yard. In 2010, California Gold built and developed a Tractor Supply  Company location in Sonora, CA.
