Completed in September 2012.
California Gold was awarded a contract from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to build a state-of-the-art outpatient clinic for veterans in Modesto, CA. The contract called for construction of a 23,250 square foot, single story building. The facility was completed in September 2012 and was built to meet the requirements of a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) silver certified building.
