Original building competed in 1998 and addition completed in 2011.
California Gold developed and built the original 45,000 square foot skilled nursing facility and leased it to Beverly Enterprises in 1998. Avalon Healthcare purchased the operation and building in 2008. In 2010, California Gold was contracted to build a 29,000 square foot addition. The addition includes an updated and expanded physical therapy unit, space for 90 additional beds, and a remodel and expansion to the existing kitchen and laundry areas. The newly completed facility has 210 beds and was constructed under the authority of OSHPD (the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development).
