 Jobert Verceles
Development Project Manager
Jobert Verceles joined California Gold Development Corporation in 2018, bringing with him a 23-year background in residential, industrial and commercial construction. Jobert grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and lived there until his family moved to Sonora in 1989. He started in the construction trades working for his grandfather and father. Prior to operating his own construction company, Jobert devoted 17-years to a small handful of construction companies in the Bay Area. During this time Jobert refined his trade skills and later held the positions of Project Manager, Estimator, Marketing Director, Partner and President.
During his career, Jobert has worked on all aspects of residential construction and commercial tenant improvements. He is also well versed in the renovations of multi-unit housing and historical buildings along with the repair of facilities in industries which include education, medical, restaurant, banking and automotive. Jobert also developed and managed a team that handled multi-million dollar programs performing residential, industrial and commercial renovations. In addition to his diverse construction background, he is also experienced in interior design, structural shoring, 24-hour emergency construction response, asbestos and lead abatement as well as insurance estimating, repairs and services.
Jobert and his wife recently relocated back to Tuolumne County with their two children. He enjoys coaching, the outdoors and entertaining family and friends. |
