Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Doug Kiel came to California Gold Development Company in January 2022 as its Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years’ experience in planning, implementing and controlling all financial-related activities of large real estate development companies across most facets of real estate development. His primary responsibilities include negotiating and complying with loan terms, risk management, capital raising, accounting, project underwriting, partnership structuring and tax planning activities.
Over the course of his career Doug has significant experience in developing and implementing Strategic Financial Business Plans that aligns the long- term goals of the Company with optimal returns for its investors. He is active in local church activities and is an active member of both Urban Land Institute (ULI) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Doug graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate & Law. |
